DrillTech Pro is a specifically formulated lubricant to aid in extended-reach drilling operations previously unattainable with water-based systems. The product contains a mixture of strong metal wetting surface active agents for boundary lubrication.
DrillTech Pro is used primarily when other lubricant options will not mitigate torque to reach ambitious drilling objectives. DrillTech Pro can complete wells previously thought to be unattainable with water-based systems. Recommended for use when problems due to frictional resistance are anticipated in drilling, coiled tubing or wireline operations. DrillTech Pro should be mixed using metered additions into the fluid system at 0.5% – 5.0% by volume or as needed or in sweeps for immediate lubrication.
