PipeTech Pro is a specifically formulated POP lubricant to aid in extended reach coiled tubing objectives previously unattainable with other lubricants. The product contains a mixture of strong metal wetting surface active agents for boundary lubrication.

PipeTech Pro is used primarily when other POP options will not mitigate torque and drag enough to reach ambitious coiled-tubing objectives. PipeTech Pro can complete objectives previously thought to be impossible with other lubricants. Recommended for use when problems due to frictional resistance are anticipated in coiled tubing or wireline operations. PipeTech Pro should be mixed using metered additions into the fluid system at 1-5 gallons-per-thousand or as needed in sweeps for immediate lubrication.
