OBM Enhancer

HIPE MUL is the emulsifier for an innovative advance in non-aqueous fluids in the drilling industry. HIPE MUL uses chemistry previously only available outside the energy sector to bring increased cost savings, flexibility, robustness and simplicity to an OBM drilling program. HIPE MUL allows the flexibility to lower the continuous phase oil content of an non-aqueous mud system to as low as 40% without compromising performance.

PSW Emulsifier is a specially formulated all-in-one emulsifier package designed for excellent emulsion stability in invert oilbased muds. It is a multi-function additive that provides a stable emulsion, satisfactory solids wetting, superior rheologies, and contributes to HTHP filtration control.

MulTech Synthetic & Oil Base Drilling Fluid Enhancer is an esterbased additive specifically formulated to increase performance and condition oil base drilling fluids. Its unique blend increases the ROP of oil-based drilling fluids by optimizing rheologies to maximize hydraulic energy to the bit while providing benefits to ES and HTHP. Recommended uses include adding 0.5-3% to the system or maintenance of mud by adding up to 5% of the daily build volume.
